You’ll be asked for information about the position you want to fill, including any skills required and the length of the job opportunity. We’ll match your request with young people who fit the order.
3. Interview the youth we refer
This is your time to evaluate the candidates and see if they meet your needs.
4. Make your hiring decision!
Contact the youth directly and/or contact Jobs for Youth with your final decision.
Jobs for Youth provides support services to both the employer and the youth throughout this process to ensure a rewarding result.
